Hipódromo Municipal

The Sobreda Equestrian Center, located in the parish of Sobreda in the municipality of Almada, has been a prominent name in the Portuguese equestrian scene since its founding in 1992. Combining tradition with innovation, the center offers a comprehensive and personalized equestrian education, tailored to all ages and skill levels.

Its modern facilities include 33 horse stalls, both indoor and outdoor arenas, and dedicated spaces for a wide range of equestrian activities. Lessons cover various disciplines such as general riding, dressage, show jumping, and working equitation, all taught by a qualified technical team led by David Tainha, who brings over 20 years of experience in the field.
